Call to Order-6:06 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy and Ricker present. Also present were Steve Holliday, Road Foreman, Robert Congdon, First Selectman, Preston, and William Stewart.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
New Business-
1. Personnel Matters-Assistant Foreman Hiring process with Interview Committee-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane to enter Executive Session at 6:07 PM to review the interview process and discuss findings on the hiring of an Assistant Foreman, seconded by Selectman Ricker, carrying unanimously. Attorney Eppinger arrived at 6:38 PM and joined the Session. No action was taken and the session ended at 7:10 PM. First Selectman Congdon and Mr. Stewart left with the Board’s thanks for their assistance in the hiring process.
2. Hewitt Property Lease-Dew Drop Inn-with Town Attorney-A motion was made by Selectman Ricker and seconded by Selectman Murphy to enter Executive Session with Stephen Holliday and Frank Eppinger at 7:15 PM, carrying unanimously. The lease on the property was discussed, no action taken. The Session ended at 8:05 PM.
