Call to Order-Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM with Selectmen Ricker, Mullane and Murphy present.
Public Comments and Questions-Pat Lewis, Boombridge Road, spoke in favor of keeping 3rd Resident State Trooper in the Town’s budget and more use of the SMART Trailer
Minutes –A motion was made by Selectman Ricker and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of March 10, 2009, carrying.

1. Tribal Issues
Support letters for MPTN-Board not in support of a draft letter by the Tribe on Reservation Road Inventory, Selectman Mullane will contact Bob Birmingham with answer. Draft letter discussed on Supreme Court Trust ruling to Congress of the State of Connecticut and towns interests and concerns on possibility of Congress reversing Supreme Court ruling.
2. Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-Selectman Mullane will contact James and Mary Patton, Babcock Road, about the installation of water tank on back acreage of their property.
3. Permanent School Building Project Committee
A. Activities/membership-Ad Hoc Committee- No report
B. Permanent School Planning and Building Committee Projects- PSPBC will be asked to develop a list of completed past and future projects

1. Reappointment of Inland Wetlands Commission members-A motion was made by Selectman Ricker and seconded by Selectman Mullane to re-appoint, Alton Gray, Ronald Lewis and Robert Miner to another term on the Inland Wetlands Commission to expire in April, 2014. Carrying 3-0
2. Tax Refund (s)A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to refund taxes to Peter Hartley in the amount of $97.86, carrying. 3-0
3. Appointment to Juvenile Review Board –A motion was made by Selectman Ricker and seconded by Selectman Mullane to appoint Larry Chappell, as an alternate at large, to the Juvenile Review Board for a one year term, to expire May, 2010, carrying. 3-0
