Call to Order-The meeting was called to order at 5:32 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy, and Ricker present. Also present was Jack Johnannan developer.

1. Tom Cook-Wind Generation Development Consulting Services-
Mr. Cook, of EA Engineering Science, has a division that specialize in wind projects and the permitting process.
Phase One of proposal would include the following services for $3,000
Review of developers proposal
Fatal Flaw testing review
Flyway Analysis
Grid Connection evaluation
Noise evaluation and review
Visual appearance evaluation
Fall zone
He request backup of cost estimate to review
Phase Two-If phase one is successful
Install a met tower to review wind for one year
Estimate power output
Develop economic data
It was recommend that we purchase wind data for evaluation as well for Phase One.
