Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane, Ricker and Murphy present.
Public Comments and Questions-Brian Rathbun questioned the conservation
and recreation plan as a document in separate form or part of the Town's
Plan of Conservation (P&Z).  The documents are separate the conservation
and recreation plan is advisory to PZC.  Brian expressed concern of the
process.

7.  Woodco Bond-Letter was written regarding three year bond period and
permanent fix to problem.
8.   Kingswood/Meadowwood drainage review-Doing computer model of
drainage.
9.   Affordable Housing Ad Hoc Committee-A motion was made by Selectman
Ricker, seconded by Selectman Murphy to appoint Stephanie Gosselin, of
Anna Farm Road, West to the Committee, carrying.  3-0
10.      Purchase of Mystic Seaport property by Town-General Discussion
and concerns raised

11.     FY 2008-09 Budget-After a general review and some changes a
motion was made by Selectman Murphy to approve a budget for presentation
to the Board of Finance in the amount of $4,179,146, seconded by
Selectman Ricker, carrying.  3-0.  A motion was made by Selectman
Mullane to remove the generator at the Senior Center for emergency
services, seconded by Selectman Murphy, carrying.  3-0
New Business
1.      Sale of Town Equipment-After General Discussion it was decided
to place a minimum $2000 reserve on the sale of the old paving machine.
