Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Ricker and Murphy present
Public Comments and Questions-
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Ricker, seconded by Selectman
Murphy to approve the minutes of March 25, 2008, as presented.  Approved

*       Project Status Meeting I-95 improvements, April 4th, 11:30 AM
*       Incentive Housing Zones-Grant from OPM
*       Transfer Station update request from DEP and Town reply

send letter on minimized special permit process and consideration for
affordable housing comments
5.   Permanent School Building Project Committee
activities/membership-Darren Robert, Chairman of the Board of Education
was present.  Letter has been received from BOE and stated proposed
Ordinance OK, Board of Education would like to be part of the selection
process for members of the new committee. Selectmen agreed the BOE also
requested a list of interested volunteers.  The Board of Education will
send a letter requesting funding, $50,000, to support the new committee,
for next week's meeting.  The ordinance will be sent to Town meeting for
approval.
        Energy and Conservation program for Wheeler School complex
6.   Town Energy Projects-Energy Fair is scheduled for April 5, 2008 at
the Elementary School
7.  Woodco Bond-No response to last letter sent to date.
8.   Kingswood/Meadowwood drainage review-Pending completion of
drainage study
9.   Affordable Housing Ad Hoc Committee-No report
10.      Purchase of Mystic Seaport property by Town
