8. Town financial accounting/software to complete the 2005-06 Audit preparations-Work is progress and auditor is due in on Friday, 3/16
9. CIRMA/s cost for Workers Compensation Payroll Audit-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane, seconded by Selectman Hescock to approve an additional appropriation in the amount of $4938, carrying. 3-0. Item will be forwarded to BOF for approval.
10. Federal (Courtney) and State (STEAP) grant requests-No action
11. Finalization and Vote on Budget 2007-08-A motion was made to forward a General Government budget in the amount of $5,546,829 for Operating, Capital, Redemption of Debt, by Selectman Peterson, seconded by Selectman Hescock, after general review, carrying.

New Business
1. Anna Farm Road petition-Petition signed by 14 property owners (9 homes) to asked that road be improved and after general discussion item will be placed on Highway paving list.
2. Horse and Cart rides permit request-Denison Hill Road-General support, letter will be drafted for Board review.
3. Little League added appropriation request-Several members were present and provided additional information and discussed-
· Close by April 1st
· Bond lowered to $100,000
· Not lease, Little League will own land
· Include request by Little League to Board of Finance for budget deliberations
· Need Frank Eppinger to answer questions on Town giving monies to private organization
· First Selectman Mullane to draft Town conditions and expectations for Little League to receive funds for next meeting
· Town may realize savings if work comes in under estimates
· Borrowing of funds by Town for 4 years, bond amount? Phasing? Loan 20 years?
