Call to Order-6:02 PM with Selectman Mullane, Peterson, and Hescock
present.
Public Comments and Questions-Mrs. Ora-Lee Blodgett, Main Street,
presented a letter to the Board regarding concern over Little League
proposed location on Swantown Hill Road.
Executive Session to discuss Pending Litigation and options on the Route
2 MPTN Cloverleaf appeal with Frank Eppinger, Town Attorney. A motion
was made by Selectman Hescock at 6:02 PM, seconded by Selectman
Peterson, with Attorney Frank Eppinger , carrying. 3-0 The Board and
Attorney Eppinger reviewed litigation and options available for the
Town. A motion was made by Selectman Peterson, seconded by Selectman
Mullane to adjourn the session, carrying. 3-0 No action was taken
