1. Tribal Recognition-Memorandum of Intervenors-Repsondents in support of cross-motion for summary judgment and in opposition to the petitioner’s motion for summary judgment. State of Connecticut, Kent School Corporation, the Connecticut Light and Power Company and Town of Kent vs. Dirk Kempthorne, Secretary, Department of Interior, et al.. This has many of the Eastern Pequot/Paucatuck Pequot similarities and elements.
