1.           To act upon a Call of a Special Town Meeting for September 28, 2015 with the following:

              To hear and act upon an additional appropriation to B26.04 State Troopers for the 2016 Comprehensive DUI Enforcement Grant in the amount of $81,100 which is reimbursable to the town at a 75% rate for an actual expenditure of $20,275 to the Town for approximately 75 additional shifts and one special DUI spot check.
