Board of Finance Special Meeting Workshop

Call to order @ 715pm
• Call to order – Chairman Tim Main called the Special Meeting Workshop to order @ 715pm. Members present – Tim Main, Emile Pavlovics, Charlie Steinhart, Mustapha Ratib & Carolyn Howell. Absent – Tim Pelland, Alternate Bob Testa & Alternate Chris Hundt.
• Work on 2016/2017 BOF Budget Presentation – Reviewed, modified & finalized slide show presentation to be presented @ Town Meeting on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Tim Main to forward slide show presentation to Selectman Shawn Murphy so that copies can be printed and available for the public at the Town Meeting. Tim Main also to request that the slide show presentation be posted to the Town Website so that it will be available for viewing by the public prior to the Referendum which is scheduled for Tuesday, September 20, 2016.
• Discussed/Agreed/Approved mailer reminder card copy– Tim Main to forward to Selectman Shawn Murphy for consideration of printing/mailing to tax payers to serve as an additional reminder to vote, prior to upcoming Town Meeting & Referendum scheduled for Tuesday, September 6 & Tuesday, September 20, 2016, respectively.
• Adjournment – Tim Main made a motion to adjourn the workshop meeting @ 920pm, Charlie Steinhart seconded. Approved 5-0-0. Adjourned @ 920pm.
