Minutes Special Meeting Tuesday April 1, 2014

- Call to Order: Chairman Dan Spring called the meeting to order at 7:50pm. Present were Emile Pavlovics, Mustapha Ratib, Charlie Steinhart and Tim Main.
- Public Comments: There were no public comments.
- BOF Vacancy: The Board of Finance was presented with two potential candidates for the seat vacated by Peter Nimormski. After several requests to the Republican Town Committee, Edmund Sarchelli’s name was put forward. A bio was requested for the Board of Finance to review. The other candidate was Brent Woodward, as an Independent. Mr. Woodward had been a member of the BOF previously and most currently last year. His name was placed in nomination by Dan Spring and seconded by Emile Pavlovics. The vote was 3-1-1. Tim Main abstained. Mr. Woodward joins the Board upon being sworn in by the Town Clerk.
- Adjournment: The motion to adjourn was made by Emile Pavlovics and seconded by Tim Main. The vote was 5-0-0, adjourning at 7:55pm.
