1. Call to Order: Chairman Dan Spring called the workshop to order at 7:00 PM. Mike Urgo, Peter Nimirowski, Brent Woodward, Mustapha Ratib and Emile Pavolvics were present.
2. Public Comments and Questions: No comments or questions.
3. Budget Format: Format changes continue to be made to the budget presentation to enhance readability.
Mike Urgo left the workshop at 8:00 PM.
Peter Nimirowski left the workshop at 9:00 PM.
Brent Woodward left the workshop at 9:15 PM.
4. Proposed Budget 2013-2014 Review: A draft copy of the FY 2013-2014 budget was reviewed by the Board. The format/content continues to be amended in preparation of the budget hearing scheduled for May 6, 2013.
5. Future Strategies: No discussion.
6. Adjournment: Dan Spring adjourned the workshop at ??? PM.
