Of Special Meeting

- Call to Order: Chairman Dan Spring called the special meeting to order at 6:08 PM.~
Brent Woodward, Emile Pavolvics, Mustapha Ratib and Peter Nimirowski were present.
- Executive Session for purposes of discussing strategy and/or negotiations with respect to a pending claim regarding an audit:
Chairman Spring moved to go into executive session. The motion was seconded by Emile Pavolvics and passed 4-0-0. Members of the Board of Education, Board of Selectmen and others as noted were present for the discussion and are listed below.

After an in depth discussion into the matter, Chairman Spring called for an end to the executive session.
3. Potential action with respect to a pending claim regarding an audit:
A motion was made by Emile Pavolvics to accept the settlement release and recommended that the BOE and BOS sign/execute the settlement release. Peter Nimirowski provided a second and the motion passed 4-0-0.
4. Adjournment:
A motion was made by Chairman Spring to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Emile Pavolvics and passed 4-0-0. The special meeting was adjourned at 7:34 PM.
