Draft Meeting Minutes

Wednesday May 30, 2012
New Town Hall
North Stonington, CT
- Call to Order: Vice Chairman Peter Nimirowski called the meeting to order at 7:33 P.M. Emile Pavolvics, Mustapha Ratib and Brent Woodward were present. Dan Spring was absent.
2. Public Comments and Questions:~ No comments or questions.
- Town Meeting May 29, 2012/Comments: Board members had no comments regarding the meeting.
- RFP Auditing Services 2012-2013: Acceptance:
Peter Nimirowski moved to approve the bid of $19,950, from Meyers & Company LLC, to provide the Town of North Stonington audit services for FY 2011-12. A second was provided by Brent Woodward and passed 4-0-0.
Emile Pavolvics moved to approve the minutes of May 23, 2012 as written. The motion was seconded by Peter Nimirowski and passed 3-0-1. Peter Nimirowski abstained.
6. Adjournment:
A motion was made by Peter Nimirowski to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Brent Woodward and carried 4-0-0. The meeting was adjourned at 8:53 PM.
