Special Meeting Minutes
of
Saturday May 5, 2012
New Town Hall
North Stonington, CT
1. The meeting started at 9:30 AM and included Dan Spring, Emile Pavolvics, Peter Nimirowski, Mustapha Ratib and Brent Woodward. Elwin Bresette was absent.
2. The purpose of the meeting was to continue to develop the FY2012-13 budget at the line item level. Completion of the budget is expected at the next scheduled meeting on May 9, 2012.
3. A tentative schedule of budget related events was created. These events are shown below.
· May 9, 2012 BOF to complete draft budget
· May 14, 2012 Town hearing on budget
· May 16, 2012 BOF to approve budget
· May 29, 2012 Town meeting to approve budget or go to referendum
4. The meeting adjourned at 12:30 PM.
