North Stonington Affordable Housing Committee
Special Meeting
January 9, 2012
In attendance: Mary Ann Ricker, Michelle Brophy
Guests: Juliet Leeming, Nick Mullane, Mark Donahue
Location: New Town Hall Conference Room
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM.
The committee met with Jason Vincent to review and discuss Planimetrics approach to the tasks as outlined in the RFQ put forth by the North Stonington Affordable Housing Committee for a comprehensive Housing Plan. Questions were asked and discussed regarding the Agreement for Professional Services . It was decided that the contract would be adjusted as to some particulars, but was ready to be finalized and presented to the Board of Selectmen within a week, hopefully. Meetings would be scheduled through Juliet Leeming, who would also sign off on work completed for payments.
Meeting adjourned at 6:35. The next scheduled meeting is Jan. 26, 2012 at 6:00 PM at the Wheeler High School Media Center.
