Call to Order
- Roll Call of Members (Sign in all Members and Guests)
- Review and ratification of Minutes of February 27, 2014 meeting
- Public Comment
- Follow up Housing Rehab loan program with deed restrictions (updates on RFP and interviews, grant writer selected?)
- Tax abatement/deed restrictions
- Follow up on RFP concerning Predevelopment Grant for design and engineering analysis for potential suitable sites in our Town for housing development purposes
- Update on Meadowcourt- title issue resolved?
- Feedback on White Board event assisted by the Partnership for Strong Communities and status of editing by local Comcast producer/director of same (the edited version of which shall be incorporated into an advertising, mobile display)
- Display of aforementioned White Board event, status of funding and mode/type of display to be utilized
- Preservation of Town farms and potential impact affordable housing may have in fostering such preservation
- Status of Committee membership, new and existing members (resignation of Jim Scaramozza)
- Next scheduled meeting April 24, 2014 at 6:00 PM, Wheeler High School Media Center
