Call to Order
- Roll Call of Members (Sign in all Members and Guests)
- Review and ratification of Minutes of December 19, 2013 meeting
- Public Comment
- Follow up on ordinances for the Housing Rehab loan program with deed restrictions (updates on further meetings with First Selectman and then Board of Selectmen and potential hiring of consultant to draft up requisite grant and related documents)
- Tax abatement/deed restrictions
- Follow up on recently awarded Predevelopment Grant for design and engineering analysis for potential suitable sites in our Town for housing development purposes
- Update on Meadowcourt- next WPCA meeting?
- Further discussion of publication and advertising of affordable housing –display, potential interviewees and question and general format to be further discussed and review follow up with Partnership
- Preservation of Town farms and potential impact affordable housing may have in fostering such preservation
- Next scheduled meeting February 27, 2014 at 6:00 PM, Wheeler High School Media Center
