Call to Order
- Roll Call of Members (Sign in all Members and Guests)
- Review and ratification of Minutes of July 25, 2013 meeting
- Public Comment
- Report/Status on “POCD” (as to July 29, 2013 meeting and next steps to completion of same based on said meeting)
- Follow up on ordinances for the Housing Rehab loan program and tax abatement/deed restrictions –follow up with Leslie Higgins Biddle if she and DECD rep have in fact spoken
- Follow up on recently awarded Predevelopment Grant for design and engineering analysis for potential suitable sites in our Town for housing development purposes
- Update on Meadowcourt
- Additional “publication” and advertising of affordable housing playing off of intended traveling display-“recapture” of $1,000 achieved yet?
- Next scheduled meeting September 26, 2013, 6:00 PM, Wheeler High School Media Center
