Call to Order
- Roll Call of Members (Sign in all Members and Guests)
- Review and ratification of Minutes of October 24, 2013 meeting and November 21, 2013 workshop meeting
- Public Comment
- Report/Status on “POCD”
- Follow up on ordinances for the Housing Rehab loan program and tax abatement/deed restrictions (expand on conversation with DOH representative and preparation of form deed restriction to review with Board of Selectmen)
- Follow up on recently awarded Predevelopment Grant for design and engineering analysis for potential suitable sites in our Town for housing development purposes
- Update on Meadowcourt
- Additional “publication” and advertising of affordable –display, potential interviewees and question and general format to be discussed
- Preservation of Town farms and potential impact affordable housing may in regards to it
- Next scheduled meeting January 23, 2014 at 6:00 PM, Wheeler High School Media Center
