Call to Order
- Roll Call of Members (Sign in all Members and Guests)
- Review and ratification of Minutes of October 24, 2013 meeting
- Public Comment
- Report/Status on “POCD” (November hearings-follow up)
- Follow up on ordinances for the Housing Rehab loan program and tax abatement/deed restrictions (expand on conversation with DOH representative and preparation of form deed restriction to review with Board of Selectmen)
- Follow up on recently awarded Predevelopment Grant for design and engineering analysis for potential suitable sites in our Town for housing development purposes—confirm Bond Commission passed proposed grant funding and if so status of check being sent to Town)
- Update on Meadowcourt—next steps after October 30, 2013 WPCA meeting
- Additional “publication” and advertising of affordable –display, potential interviewees and question and general format to be discussed
- Preservation of Town farms and potential impact affordable housing may in regards to it
- Next scheduled meeting December 19, 2013 at 6:00 PM, Wheeler High School Media Center
