Call to Order
- Roll Call of Members (Sign in all Members and Guests)
- Review and ratification of Minutes of September 26, 2013 meeting
- Public Comment
- Report/Status on “POCD”
- Follow up on ordinances for the Housing Rehab loan program and tax abatement/deed restrictions (expand on conversation with DOH representative and preparation of form deed restriction to review with Board of Selectmen)
- Follow up on recently awarded Predevelopment Grant for design and engineering analysis for potential suitable sites in our Town for housing development purposes—confirm Bond Commission passed proposed grant funding and if so status of check being sent to Town)
- Update on Meadowcourt—Follow up as to whether or not Developer submitted “agreement” for WPCA review, and if so, next scheduled meeting
- Additional “publication” and advertising of affordable housing playing off of intended traveling display-further discussion of preparing a video with the assistance of the Partnership for Strong Communities
- Next scheduled meeting November 21, 2013, 6:00 PM, Wheeler High School Media Center
