- Review and ratification of Minutes of August 22, 2013 meeting
- Public Comment
- Report/Status on “POCD”
- Follow up on ordinances for the Housing Rehab loan program and tax abatement/deed restrictions
- Follow up on recently awarded Predevelopment Grant for design and engineering analysis for potential suitable sites in our Town for housing development purposes
- Update on Meadowcourt—WPCA and did Developer submit “agreement” for review?
- Additional “publication” and advertising of affordable housing playing off of intended traveling display-“recapture” of $1,000 achieved yet and any feedback from David Fink and/or UCONN?
- Next scheduled meeting October 24, 2013, 6:00 PM, Wheeler High School Media Center
