a. Planning of town wide workshops and meetings with P & Z and/or EDC
b. Procurement of consultant for development of a consolidated or master housing plan and how funded
c. identifying town-owned locations for affordable housing units
- Address various strategies geared toward meeting moratorium and 10% requirement
- Utilization of existing resources
