- Procurement of consultant for development of a consolidated or master housing plan and how funded
- Workshops and meetings with P & Z and/or EDC
- Introduction of Lesley Higgins-Biddle from Local Initiatives (LISC)
- Follow up on topics discussed with Board of Selectmen at Nov. 30,2010 meeting
- Address various strategies geared toward meeting moratorium and 10% requirement
- Utilization of existing resources
