1.      BUDGET FORMS FROM DEPARTMENT HEADS ARE DUE BACK TO THE FINANCE DEPT BY 1/18/11.  MR. PRISCO REQUESTS COPY OF GUIDELINES FOR ALL.
2.      ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY APPROVED AT OCTOBER TOWN MEETING HAS BEEN AWARDED TO FXM ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $49,100.  REPORT DUE BY END OF 1/11.
3.      RENEW AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER TO PROVIDE NORTH READING WITH POTABLE WATER.  EXPECT TO HEAR BACK SHORTLY.
4.      TIGHE AND BOND WAS AWARDED CONTRACT TO PERFORM EVAUATION OF CURRENT WATER RATE STRUCTURE.
        MR. YULL--EXPRESSED CONCERN ON HOW TO REASSURE PUBLIC THAT WE ARE DOING OUR BEST IN REGARDS TO WHAT/HOW WE USE OUR WATER.
        MR. DELANEY--HAS RECEIVED QUESTIONS IN REGARDS TO BILLING ERRORS, SOME RESIDENTS HAVE RECEIVED.  THERE WERE COMPUTER ERRORS.
5.      PUBLIC HEARING ON 12/20/10 WILL ADDRESS THE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY     GREAT AMERICAN TAVERN, 303 MAIN STREET.
6.      I ATTENDED A MEETING OFFERED BY THE INSPECTOR GENERAL AND NECESSARY IN ORDER TO OBTAIN MY DESIGNATION AS A CERTIFIED PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OFFICIAL WHICH IS NEEDED FOR THE SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
7.      STARTING NEXT MONTH BOS AND CPC MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE AN ELECTRONIC VERSION OF MEETING PACKAGES.  ALL WILL BE ON IPAD WHICH ARE BEING PURCHASED WITH STATE GRANTS.
        THE BOARD AND CPC WILL ALL RECEIVE A COPY OF TOWN-WIDE POLICY GOVERNING  TECHNOLOGY USE AND EQUIPMENT.

12.     OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
        MR. O'LEARY--RENOVATIONS OF THE MEETING HOUSE MOVING ALONG WELL.  ALSO SENDS
        CONDOLENCES TO CHET SPINNEY IN THE PASSING OF HIS WIFE JAN.
        
        MR. PRISCO--THANK KAREN FOR ALL HER HARD WORK.   ALSO IN HOLIDAY SPIRIT PLEASE DONATE TO THE FOOD PANTRY AND HOLIDAY FUND.   PARKS AND RECREATIONS IS STILL TRYING TO PUT UP SIGNS FOR DONATIONS WITH ADVERTISING SPACE.   SCHOOL COMMITTEE DID APPROVE.

        MR. DELANEY--ALSO WANTED TO EXPRESS CONDOLENCES TO  SPINNEY FAMILY.

        MR. YULL--HISTORICAL COMMISSION LOOKING AT 300TH ANNIVERSARY OF NORTH READING BECOMING A NORTH PARRISH,  THIS WILL BE IN 2013.   THANKSGIVING ROAD RACE A SUCCESS.

        MR. MAUCERI--CHAMBER OF COMMERCE DID A GREAT JOB WITH TREE LIGHTING.  REMINDER THAT THERE WILL BE A WORK SESSION ON 1/3/11 AT 6PM AND BOS MEETINGS FOR JANUARY  ARE 1/3/11 AND 1/24/11 AT 7PM.
