New Business
• Officer Nomination: Billie informed the committee that we will most likely be losing Heidi Cushing Candelario from the committee. Table elections until January when Mike Fitzpatrick can be here.
• Little Boy sign: Rita spoke with Ed Madden of NRLL and is willing to put up the sign. Marty is concerned that parents will have and issue with the gender base only referencing “Boys”. Majority of our committee is agreeable to posting the sign and moving it around from park to park to see how it does and what the feedback would be. Marty Said Rich G. can take that task on. Also the committee would like to create a disclaimer added to bottom of sign regarding the wording.
o (RM) Rita Mullin made a motion to put up “ Little Boy Sign” with disclosure underneath at the Little League field and various other fields and locations for our programs and youth leagues and Parks and have the sign travel from area to area.
o (PF) Pat Fillmore seconds the motion.

• Community Center
(LC) Rita asked Lynne to research a “Dome” structure. She researched online a multi-sport recreation center from recycled steal containers as well. She is not sure of the cost. Lynne sent out an email blast to MRPA and received some responses from Plymouth specifically on the “Dome “Structure. Feedback was negative. They said the Dome (Bubble) structure is not easy to work with and it tends to collapse under snow. Also, they said steal buildings are problematic to add on to.
(BL) Bill asked what we would like to see in a community center.
