- Skate Park at IRP: Closed until a decision can be made on how to handle. If we order a ramp it will take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Rita said to put in the Transcript why the Skate Park is closed. Maureen stated that we have $10,000 in emergency fund for repairs. Maureen suggested we order materials now since it will take 6-8 weeks to arrive and we have the emergency fund monies and then decide how to raise monies for labor for repairs. Mike Fitzpatrick also stated that LUC said if they did not need the wine and food monies for the pavilion which they do not, then we could have the monies if needed for the Skate Park. Refer to minutes of 4/20/11. Lynne stated that she was under the impression that those monies were going to be earmarked toward a Community center.
