Parks Director Update (MT)
- Turf Banner Rentals-Marty has suggested that we rent banner advertisement at the Turf Field. He already has a lot of people that would be interested in paying a fee for advertising there. We need to install wind protection in front of the bleachers any way to protect the field from debris and trash being blown onto the field. Marty informed the committee that we would not need to get permission from CPC for signage. But he is going to check with the school on the school policies and guidelines on advertising and what the Memorandum of Understanding states regarding advertising before going to the Superintendent for permission.
- BBQ-Marty has made a suggestion to cut the BBQ series from 8 nights to 6 nights due to overhead and revenue decrease. Maureen did a 5 year comparison and presented it to the committee. Everyone reviewed.
(MF) Mike Fitzpatrick made a Motion was made to reduce the BBQ series from 8 weeks to 6 weeks.

A suggestion was made to increase the fee for youth basketball fee from $15 to a bit higher to help absorb some of the cost of cleaning the Town Hall Gym since the Youth Basketball League uses the gym a lot.
- Yoga at Batchelder Gym-Lynne has received complaints that the Batchelder school gym has been too cold for the participants of the Yoga class. Lynne asked the schools about the heat and their response is that the heat is shut down after school and is not turned on again until the next morning. Lynne feels she may have to change the location of the class to the Lynne is going to try to see if she can change the location to the Library activity room.
- Rec. Ctr Floor in Tumble Room-Lynne informed the committee that they lifted the mats in the tumbling room and discovered that the tile floor was buckled. Marty believes that the wood was water damaged from before and needed to be replaced. He will look into it.
