The Applicant requests a Variance from Article IV, Section 406 for relief from the frontage requirement of 175-feet. The lot is landlocked and will access South Road in Rye, NH via a recorded Easement. Property owner: John R. Spink, Jr., 800 South Road, Rye, NH 03870.
