The Applicant requests a Special Exception under Article V, Section 513 – Accessory Apartment to allow a one (1) bedroom accessory apartment above the existing attached garage. Property owner: John Normand, 75 South Road, North Hampton, NH. This case is continued from the July 26, 2011 Meeting to allow the Applicant to provide additional information concerning the present and proposed Septic System configuration as requested by the Board.
