1. 2010:04 – Sylvia Cheever, 264 Atlantic Ave., North Hampton. The Applicant requests a variance from Article V, Section 508.4 to be allowed more than four (4) chickens for family use within 200-feet of a neighboring property, but not housed within 50-feeet of a neighboring property. This case is continued from the February 23, 2010 ZBA Meeting. 2. 2010:06 – Chelsi Christensen, 86A Hunt Road, Kingston, NH 03848. The Applicant requests a special exception from Article V, Section 507 – Home Occupation to use 1,200 square feet walk-out basement as an in home interior design business with two fulltime employees. This case is continued from the February 23, 2010 ZBA Meeting. 3. 2010:01 – Francois Boueri, C/0 Wholey & Pelech Law Office, PO Box 395, Portsmouth, NH 03802. The Applicant requests a variance from Article IV., Section 406.1 to allow a front setback of 28-feet where 35-feet is required to allow a 10’ x 18’ addition to the front of the existing structure, and a variance from Article IV., Section 409.9.1 to allow a wetlands setback of 15-feet where 50-feet is required to allow a 24’ x 24’ addition to the rear of the existing structure. The Applicant requests a variance from Article IV., Section 411 to allow a body of water to be used to satisfy minimal lot area requirement; in the alternative, the Applicant requests a variance from Article IV., Section 406 to allow lot areas of 75,000s.f. and 68,480 s.f. where 87,120 s.f. is required. The Applicant (1) requests a variance from Article IV, Section 406 to permit the erection of a new home with an attached garage 21.1 feet from Chapel Road on a vacant approved building lot of record, and (2) requests a special exception for Article IV, Section 409.12 to permit the erection of the home/garage within 20 feet from an inland wetland. 1. 2010:07 – Michael and Kristen Sullivan, 1 Grandview Terrace, North Hampton. The Applicants request a variance from Article IV, Section 406 and 406.1 to allow the construction of an attached two-car garage approximately 13-feet from Post Road and approximately 20-feet from Grandview Terrace where 30-feet is the setback requirement, and approximately 19-feet In the rear yard where 25-feet is the setback requirement.
