The applicant requests a special exception under Article IV, Section 409.12 to permit the erection of a new home within fifty (50) feet of an inland wetland on a vacant approved building lot of record. Property owner: William A. & Agnes P. Hawks Estate. Property location: Maple Road, M/L 006-040, zoning district R-2. This case is continued from the September 23, 2008 meeting.
