1. 2007:17 – Sean Loeffler, 49 Walnut Ave., North Hampton. The applicant requests a special exception for a home occupation (construction business) under Article V, Section 507. Property Owners: Marie and Sean Loeffler, Property location: 49 Walnut Ave., North Hampton, zoning district R-3, M/L 018-056. This case is continued from the September 25, 2007 ZBA meeting.

1. 2007:21 – Judith Day, 141 Mill Rd., North Hampton. Pursuant to RSA 676:5 – Appeal from a decision of an Administrative Officer. The Applicant wishes to appeal the decision of the Building Inspector in issuing a permit for the construction of a 720’ x 2 square-feet house. Property location: 68 Lovering Road, North Hampton, zoning district R-3, M/L 019-042.
2. 2007:22 – Andrew & Karen Goldstein, 8 Heritage Way, Exeter, NH 03833. The applicants request a variance from Article IV, Section 409.9 for relief from the 100-feet wetlands setback. Property location: 10 Runnymede Drive, North Hampton, zoning district R-2, M/L 002-036.
