Case 2000:13 - Irving Oil Corporation, Applicant seeks a permit, Article V Section 512, as all gasoline stations and service stations shall be nonconforming and require permit from Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Case 2000:14 - Jon B. Adams, 104 South Road, variance to Article V, Section 501.2, for 12' addition (2-car garage) to existing house that is nonconforming.
Case 2000:15 - Tina Montgomery, 77 Lafayette Road, for a variance to Article V, Section 501.2 for expansion of nonconforming use, and a variance to Article IV, Section 409.9, expansion of building within inland/wetland buffer zone.
