PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
The North Hampton Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting
Wednesday, March 18, 1998
at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall to discuss the following:
Case 98:16 Fred A. and Donna J. Seigel for property located at 126 Atlantic Avenue, tax map 6 lot 23, located in the R-2 zone, requests a variance to Article IV, Section 409.9 and asks that said terms be waived to permit the installation of an in-ground swimming pool within the fifty foot wetlands buffer.
Case 98:17 James J. Booth III for property located at 20 Woodknoll Drive, tax map 17 lot 56, located in the
R-1 zone, requests a variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit the addition within 25' of setback and Article V, Section 503.2 for expansion of a non-conforming lot. Existing lot is 0.44 acres and has 120' frontage.
Case 98:18 Kevin P. Gregory for property located at 2 Beau Monde Drive, tax map 9 lot 6-2, located in the R-3 zone, requests a variance to Article IV, Section 406 and asks that said terms be waived to permit the construction of an addition to a conforming existing house, that will encroach the setback. The proposed addition will be 24 feet from the side property line.
Case 98:19 Thomas W. Garrigan for property at 10A Walnut Avenue tax map14, lot 121, located in the R-1 zone, requests a variance to Article V, Section 501.2 and asks that said terms be waived to permit construction of a detached garage 15' from property line on a non-conforming lot. Lot has 0.95 acres and no frontage on a town approved road.
Case 98:20 Steven Carpenter for property at 188 Mill Road, tax map12, lot 59, requests a variance to Article V, Section 501.2 and asks that said terms be waived to permit construction of an addition to an existing conforming house located on a non-conforming lot. The lot is 0.5 acres and has 140 feet frontage on Mill Road. The property is located in R-2 zone.
