THE SELECT BOARD
NOTICE OF
NONPUBLIC MEETING
The Select Board will conduct several non-public meetings for the following purposes at Noon on June 1, 2016 at the Town Offices, located at 233 Atlantic Avenue in North Hampton, New Hampshire,
NonPublic Session 1: pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(d), the Select Board will discuss the acquisition, sale or lease of real estate which, if discussed in public, would likely benefit a party or parties whose interests are adverse to those of the general community;
NonPublic Session 2: pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(a), the Select Board will discuss the compensation of public employees;
NonPublic Session 3: pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II(a), the Select Board will discuss the investigation of a matter related to a public employee.
In addition to the non-public sessions, the Board will interview candidates to serve as counsel for the Town. This is a consultation with counsel, pursuant to RSA 91-A:2, III.
