II. NEW BUSINESS
1. #11:04 – Nancy Briggs and Joseph Guilmette, 67 Exeter Road, North Hampton, NH. The Applicants propose a Change of Use and a Site Plan amendment by relocating their existing business “C’est Cheese”, a wine, cheese and gift shop; also serving food, to 61 Lafayette Road, previously used as a “Gift Shop” business only and adding a 10’ x 24’ addition to the rear of the building.
