I. Public Hearings
Notice is hereby given of the second public hearing to be held by the North Hampton Planning Board on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at 7:00pm in the Mary Herbert Conference room to consider:
1. The proposed Warrant Article to adopt a Capital Improvement Program Committee to be appointed by the governing body (Select Board) to prepare and recommend amendments to a program of municipal capital improvements projected over a period of at least 6 years, in accordance with RSA 674:5.
2. Proposed amendment to Article IV, Section 406.2.2 to replace the word “structures” with the word “lots” in the sentence “all such structures must, however, have 100-feet of frontage”, and to discuss any other proposed amendments to this section.
3. Proposed amendment to Article IV, Section 405 – Permitted uses, to add “place of worship” in the I-B/R district under permitted uses, and to replace the word “church” with the words “place of worship” under permitted uses in the R-1 and R-2 Zoning Districts, and a proposed addition of a definition for “place of worship” in Section 302 – Definitions.
4. The Adoption of a Zoning Ordinance for Small Wind Energy Systems, to allow them in all Zoning Districts with certain regulations and restrictions.
