22 North Road, Richard Luff – Site Plan Review for expansion of limited practice facility to include year round driving range, expanded grass tee practice area, a teaching tee, 3 holes of short game conditions, new clubhouse and storage structures and a new miniature golf complex and 113 parking spaces.
