175 & 177 Lafayette Road, McFarland Realty Trust - Site Plan Review to construct a new building with a showroom, offices and a 16 bay service area.
195 Lafayette Road, Crown Homes, Joe-Ghan Realty, - Site Plan Review for display of 6 manufactured houses to include one office.
212 Lafayette Rd, K & S Construction, Removal of the existing pool replacing it with a building of the same size; 2 additions to existing building and removal of pavement.
