b) 203 Lafayette Road, AMD Storage, Joe Ghan Realty, Inc., Request for Waiver to Section X.F.1or 2 as applicable.
c) 209 Lafayette Rd, Max Stratton, Proposed Change of Use of the Dexter Outlet Store to become a BMW Motorcycle retail store
d) 209 Lafayette Rd, Max Stratton, Request for Waiver of 100 year Storm Study, pursuant to Site Plan Review, Section VIII, B, 20
e) West Side Post Road, Dean & Cora Stevens, Proposed subdivision of Map 4, Lot 21 into three (3) separate lots.
III. New Business:
a) Mill Rd. & Pine Rd., Charles Tavano, Proposed Subdivision to create
two(2) lots on 16.28 acres.
b) 189 Lafayette Rd., Robert King, Kemp Factory wants to have sales on the weekends at the storage facility.
c) 25 Lafayette Rd., Blake Chevrolet, Site Plan Review for construction of an additional 12,000 sf sales office and expanding the parking lot.
