I. Site Plans/Subdivisions
Continued:
a) Rick Fucci, 180 Lafayette Road, Lafayette Acres, Site Plan Review for Construction of six (6) buildings on existing site; each building 7,500 square feet.
b) J.M Lord and Shelly Lord, 181 Mill Road, Site Plan Review for Construction of a five (5) lot subdivision, each lot will be no less than 2,800 square feet.
c) Auto Shine Car Wash, 22 Lafayette Road, Plan Review for increase the site building area from 9,037 to 10,027, to increase paved area.
II. Site Plans/Subdivisions
New:
a) TransAction Associates, Inc., Lafayette Road & Cedar Road, Site Plan Review to remove existing building, construct car wash with required drainage, utilities and septic disposal areas.
b) AMD Storage, Joe Ghan Realty, Inc., 203 Lafayette Road, Site Plan Review to construct a one (1) story 4,700 square foot storage facility.
c) Address any new issues brought before the Planning Board
