b. 180 Lafayette Road, Ricardo Fucci, Lafayette Acres, Site Plan Review for construction of six (6) buildings on existing site; each building 7500 square feet.
c. Public Hearing for Lot Line Adjustment and Consolidation, 2 Beau Monde Drive, Gregory, Lot Line Adjustment of existing property of Gregory with land of Cronin, 108 Exeter Road, and Consolidation of Gregory property with other property of Gregory having frontage on Exeter Road to create single lot for resubdivision. [Plan #254-1]
