Summary: Prior to any construction activity, final approval is required as evidenced by recording approved plans
b) Growth Management & Innovative Land Use Control
Summary: Based on five (5) indicators of impact, with procedure for phased developments and limitations on permits through Planning Board monitoring and issuance of "Notice of Growth Impact"
c) Citizens Petition to Institute a Growth Control Ordinance
Summary: Limitations on building permits for new dwelling units based on 1% of existing units.
