To consider the fee simple purchase of 23 +/- acres of land on a parcel owned by Ruth S. Donais, residing at 46 Walnut Avenue. The subject parcel is identified as North Hampton Tax Map 15, Lot 13. The cost of the parcel is to be funded by North Hampton bond funds approved by Town Meeting vote in 2001.
