2) PUBLIC HEARING
a) To consider the fee simple purchase of 14.95 +/- acres of land on parcels owned by Kelvin W. and Glendon C. Dalton residing at 117 and 119 Exeter Road, respectively. The subject parcels are identified as North Hampton Tax Map 9, Lot 23, and Map 9, Lot 62. The cost of the parcels is to be funded by North Hampton bond funds approved by Town Meeting vote in 2001.
b) To consider the acceptance of a grant for $6,000 to conduct a wildlife assessment on selected conservation lands and to encumber such grant funds through Fiscal 2007-2008.
