SPECIAL MEETING –27 MAY 2015 –5:30 P.M.

Purpose: The purpose of the Special Meeting is two-fold: first,tomeet with Professor Matthew Davis regarding questions the Board may have regarding DES and Exeter Environmental communications concerning the Hampton Rod and Gun Club; and second, to conduct a public hearing to receive comment on the Facilities Committee recommendations.The Board may consider bids for repairs to the Library roof if three (3) bids have been received prior to the meeting.
1. The Call to Order by the Chair
2. Meet with Matt Davis regarding Hampton Rod and Gun Club
3. Public Hearing regarding Facilities (to begin at 7:00 p.m.)
4. Any other item that may legally come before the Board
The Board may consider bids for repairs to the Library roof if three (3) bids have been received prior to the meeting. If three (3) bids have not been received, then it is likely that the Board will take no action.
