The Applicant requests a variance to Permitted Uses to allow Charitable Gaming as an accessory use to a permitted eating and drinking establishment. Charitable Gaming is not listed under the permitted uses in any zone. The Applicant also requests an Appeal of an Administrative Officer - Zoning Administrator, to determine whether or not Charitable Gaming, as allowed by the State Statute is an accessory use to an eating and drinking establishment in the I-B/R Zone.
