1. Appointment of a Primary Planning Board Member to replace Barry Donohoe who resigned from the Planning Board – term expiration: March 2015. Following Candidates:
a. Nancy Monaghan
2. Discuss proposed amendment to Article V, Section 514 – Floodplain Development Ordinance. Schedule 1st Public Hearing – January 6, 2015.
3. Discussion of Article IV, Section 409.12 – Conditional Use Permits – Nancy Monaghan
4. Discuss proposed amendment to Article IV, Section 409.3 – Wetlands Map. Schedule 1st Public Hearing – January 6, 2015.
5. Communication from Hinckley, Allen & Snyder, re: Hampton Rod and Gun Club, Inc. Property.
6. Discussion in regards to adopting a “Blasting” application that reflects the Planning Board’s Blasting Regulation adopted in 2011.
